Heather Do Souto

As a realtor, I recognize that buying or selling a home can be equally exciting and overwhelming. I truly recognize the value and trust my clients put in me, and strive to exceed their expectations.

My favorite part of being a realtor is the people - connecting with people at all stages of life and helping them achieve their real estate goals, while sharing my expertise along the way. From our first meeting until the closing table and beyond, I am your Charleston area market guide.

I have been living in the Summerville area since 2015, and visiting the Charleston area since the early 2000’s so I have witnessed firsthand the development and growth of the Lowcountry. As a transplant myself, I enjoy helping others relocate to the Charleston area. My unique local perspective paired with my ability to listen gives me valuable insight to help clients find their ideal community. I also have extensive knowledge of the new construction market and have developed strong builder relationships across the Charleston area.

When I am not selling homes, I love exploring different areas of Charleston and finding local treasures like restaurants, parks, and consignment shops. I am a mom of 2 girls, and we love to bake together and take family trips to the beach.
